有鑒於新型冠狀病毒防疫措施，即日起台北寒舍艾美酒店將實施以下措施為賓客全面把關，共同守護健康，攜手努力為防疫盡一份心力！

◆員工及進出館內所有廠商皆自主管理全面配戴口罩，並配合測量體溫。
◆賓客入場前，請配合測量體溫。
◆賓客如有發燒(≧37.5°C)、咳嗽等症狀，將由飯店人員協助安排就醫；飯店有責通報衛生機關且有權拒絕入場。
◆飯店櫃檯備有額溫槍，若賓客有體溫疑慮，可主動請1樓櫃檯服務人員協助測量體溫，加強防疫。
◆賓客若有任何身體不適或發現異常狀況，請與客服中心或飯店同仁聯繫，我們將提供進一步的相關協助。
◆館內公共區域1樓梯廳與探索廚房丶2樓寒舍食譜餐廳出入口及健身房小櫃有放置消毒酒精。
◆全館客房使用專業消毒藥劑清潔傢俱、地面、浴室，以守護住宿品質安全。
◆飯店公清人員定時消毒全館區域以維護環境清潔。

同時，為防止2019新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情擴散，賓客應依下列服務政策與防疫措施辦理，以維護自己與他人之健康。

本飯店將依賓客之健康狀況評估感染風險以確認是否受理訂房、訂席，且恕不接受下列具感染風險賓客之訂房、訂席，亦不接受由第三人代前述人員訂房、訂席；對已預定完成之訂房或訂席，將退還定金。(宴會廳訂席另視狀況評估而定)

◆持「居家隔離通知書」、「居家檢疫通知書」者。
◆來自疫區(根據衛生福利部疾病管制署最新公告的疫區)或轉機者，且疫區之範疇應依主管機關之公告。
◆拒絕配合測量體溫，或有咳嗽、發燒、呼吸急促等症狀拒絕佩戴口罩並就醫者。

◆賓客不得隱匿旅遊活動史、不得隱匿自己或他人（含同住者、同行者、訪客等）接獲「居家隔離通知書」、「居家檢疫通知書」或「自主健康管理通知書」的事實，若賓客入住或至本飯店後始接獲前述通知書者，亦應主動誠實告知，不得隱瞞。

◆賓客或其家屬、或代為訂房訂席者，若知悉前述人員或特定人（含訪客）具上述感染風險，仍予以隱匿時，本飯店得解除契約、拒絕接待並退還定金，且無賠償責任；且若因前述行為導致本飯店發生損害，應負損害賠償責任。

為防止新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情擴散，並維護公眾健康權益，台北寒舍艾美酒店將採取下列處理機制：
入住賓客應配合體溫測量措施，且無發燒並願意配合飯店防疫措施。

若您隱匿自己或他人（含同住者、同行者、訪客等）接獲「居家隔離通知書」、「旅客入境健康聲明暨居家檢疫通知書」或「自主健康管理通知書」之事實；或於入住後始接獲前述通知書，飯店將自知悉日起終止契約，不再提供住房服務，且本飯店無賠償責任；且若因隱匿致飯店發生損害，應負擔損害賠償責任。

進出酒店的人員務必配合佩戴口罩、酒精消毒及測量體溫，確實執行人流管制。寒舍集團將配合中央流行疫情指揮中心的規定，共同做好最高標準的防疫措施！

酒店出入口有「紅外線熱像測溫儀」為消費者嚴格把關，並增設消毒地墊與提供酒精清潔手部。館內員工會加強防疫教育訓練，上班時會進行體溫測量與健康監測，服務客人時也會全程戴口罩、手套與防疫面罩，每天也會使用符合國際萬豪集團標準的消毒液搭配電子噴槍，徹底清潔公共區域，希望提供給消費者一個安全無虞旅宿餐飲服務。

為配合政府防疫規定，2022年5月28日起，貴賓進入「艾美會館」的健身房應提供至少接種3劑疫苗證明，運動時無須佩戴口罩。如果尚未完成接種3劑疫苗者，運動時應全程佩戴口罩，並保持社交安全距離。謝謝您的配合，不便之處，敬請見諒！

此外，提醒入住賓客請務必遵守以下防疫規定：
1. 離開客房時請全程配戴口罩。
2. 避免不必要移動、活動或集會。
3. 不論入住房型，房內人數以原同住家人為主。
4. 依觀光局指示，房內禁止群聚開趴或唱歌等行為，致生傳染風險及觸法。
5. 自我健康監測（有症狀應就醫）

LE MERIDIEN TAIPEI's latest anti-epidemic policy statement

To prevent the spread of Covid-19 and maintain public health, the hotel will adopt the following measures:

Hotel guests shall cooperate with the temperature-taking measures to make sure that they do not have a fever and will comply with the hotel’s Covid-19 related measures.

If you conceal the fact that you or others (including residents sharing the same residence with you, travel companions, or visitors) have received the Home Quarantine Notice, Health Declaration and Home Quarantine Notice, Self-health Management Notice or received such notices after checking in the hotel, the hotel will terminate the accommodation agreement immediately when becoming aware of such fact and will no longer provide accommodation service. The hotel will not be held liable for any loss and damages. If the hotel suffers any loss as a result of any guest concealing such a fact, the guest shall be liable for damages.

All employees will continue to perform various cleaning and disinfection duties. We will ask the staff and all guests who want to enter the hotel to wear masks, fill out a health declaration, and register with their personal details. Also, alcohol disinfection and body temperature measurement are required.

To use the gym, it is not necessary to wear a mask when you do exercise if you have had three doses of COVID-19 vaccine (please present the record). If you have not had three doses of COVID-19 vaccine, please wear a mask when you exercise, and maintain social distancing.

In cooperating with epidemic prevention, all fitness equipment will be thoroughly sanitized after each use.

At the same time, there are "Digital Infrared Thermometers and Thermal Imaging Cameras" at the entrance and exit of the hotel to check guests’ body temperature, and additional disinfection mats, and alcohol provided to clean hands. Every day, we also use an electronic spray gun that complies with the International Marriott Group standards, to thoroughly clean public areas, to provide consumers with safe and secure accommodation and catering service.

In addition, hotel guests must follow the epidemic prevention regulations below:
1. Please wear a mask all the time when leaving the room.
2. Avoid unnecessary movements, activities, or gatherings.
3. The number of people should be based on the original family members.
4. According to the Government’s epidemic prevention guidelines, activities such as partying or singing in groups are prohibited in the room.
5. Self-health monitoring (see a doctor if you have symptoms).
